Massage for Anxiety: Distance Learning Training
Event Summary
Are you looking for ways to support your clients during the dramatic increase of anxiety during the Covid-19 pandemic? This NCBTMB-Approved online 4-hour course teaches students the etiology of anxiety and how it is treated allopathically, so students can recognize when it presents in clients. Students learn how to provide adjunct care with massage that is in their scope of practice, using a holistic protocol that incorporates massage, affirmation work and aromatherapy. Students will also learn a protocol for self-care when interacting with clients who have anxiety.
This training session provides 4.0 Continuing Education Units.
